- Kevin Michael Richardson: Among his appearances included Uncle Pockets in "Bloo Done It" as well as the voice of Foul Larry in the one-hour movie Good Wilt Hunting.
- Daran Norris: Voiced Imaginary Man in Challenge of the Superfriends.
- Max Burkholder: Voiced "The World" (the IF inside of a toybox) in Destination Imagination.
- Dee Bradley Baker: Voiced ChiChi in Mondo Coco.
- Kevin McDonald: Was the voice of Ivan, the "Seeing Eye Friend" in Sight for Sore Eyes.
- Frank Welker: Voiced Ramone in Berry Scary.
- Craig McCracken: The series' creator and muse voiced the producer of the cartoon show Lauren Is Explorin (a parody of Dora The Explorer) in One False Movie.
- Jeff Glenn Bennett Among his appearances included Bendy in "Everyone Knows It's Bendy" as well as the voice of Bloppy Pants in the episode World Wide Wabbit.
- Jess Harnell: Voiced The Singer in The Bloo Superdude and the Great Creator of Everything's Awesome Ceremony of Fun That He's Not Invited To.
