The Clock is a minor imaginary friend who only appeared in the final episode of Foster's known as Goodbye to Bloo. He made 8 appearances and in 7 of them he announced the the time and whether or not things were going OK. He was often yelled at by Bloo either because he didn't want Mr. Herriman to know what time it is or he was trying to think of something to do with Mac. He made his final appearance before Cheese walked into the ballroom saying "6:00 and all's not well."
